Regal Boots?

Ok, I know there are already a bunch of threads about boots, but...

I found a pair of boots I liked at GLMF.  I should have purchased them right away, cost be damned, but alas, I came home without them.  Now I want to order a pair but can't reach the merchant.  He hasn't returned my call and the email I sent got bounced back because his inbox is full.  I refuse to order unless I know there is someone there who can ship my order right away.

Has anyone here seen Regal Boots set up at faire recently?  If I can find out which faire they are at, I may be able to make contact with them and have the boots shipped from there.

The website is www.regalboots.com and I want to get the Genneva boots.  If anyone has any experience with these boots, good or bad, please let me know.
