IF you see Captain Wycked Jack Bastard at MRF and he is wearing a new tricorn hat that is very frilly and somewhat 'floppish" tell him what you think of his new head wear.  He's trying out a new item of garb and can't decide if he likes it our not.  The hat is very ornate with tassels and lace.  He thinks it may present the wrong image.  I like it but then I like flashy!
