M'Crack Invasion of BARF 2009

I am also working on a place for all the out of towners to stay so that we will not need hotel rooms.   This will make the cost cheaper and be a bit more relaxing.  I just need to know how many are interested so that I can get the costs down.  I was thinking of having the place from like Wednesday or Thursday (for those arriving early) til the following Tuesday, for those that want to stay late but that depends on what we can find.

Okay been on a scouting mission for location of gathering on Friday night and places throughout the weekend. I have some very good ideas. (Helps to also be The Red Horse of Inebriation) I need to get a general idea of where the out-of-towners will be staying.

Also since the condo would not work out for the time frame we needed it, they wanted us to check in on Saturday.   We decided to get a hotel room.   I believe we are at the Motel 6 on Fowler.  I know the area is a bit rough, but we are only there for two nites, then we are off to Orlando to spend two days with Mickey and then up to Savannah for a couple days to relax, before we head home.   Anyone else interested in stopping by to see the big mouse?

Well, I tried and tried to make it work.  But sadly, it is just not going to.  My trip to England really cleaned me out, so I'll just have to wait for the GARF invasion.

I got a flyer from the Days Inn on Fletcher..... they are offering huge discounts if you tell them you are there for the faire.... they even gave like weekly rates of 250 per week..... it not in a bad area, not far from faire.
