Adding pink to my wardrobe. Underskirt mostly finished, and still working on lower sleeves.



I am planning a black brocade overgown with tippett sleeves.

And for the curious, the million bead green peplum dress is still in progress.

So the pearly dress ended up being too big (I used the wrong pattern, doh!) and I need to fix it up a bit before I put it up for sale.   However, here's the brown power gown as of right now:

This is based off of this dress.

I need to sew up the insides, eyelets, and add the trim.  I also need to work on the false undersleeves and the totally incorrect French hood.

The French hood is just a crescent moon with the pointy ends cut off.  I don't think I've ever used a pattern other than maybe basing it off of these images.
