Oh I know, I nearly passed out when I read that.

Teach, darling dearest- Nobody in this group believes that we are better, or over any other member. We are all equal, and we are all important. There are those of the group that take on the responsibility of setting out the camp, organizing the Gatherings, and getting everyone fed and drunk. That's all- that's it. Merely the making of plans and keeping everyone happy! As far as a heirarchy goes, there really isn't one.
