What about links for those of us who want to make thier own wings, etc? Or should that go in sewing? Specifically- i can find the cello-wrap, but I cant for the life of me find the appropriate type of clear vinyl! I dont even know where to start...

I bought a wonderful set of Faerie wings from Tammy Robinson of enchantedcostumes.com in Deer, Arkansas.  I used them last year as a costume prop for a photo shoot.  Tammy sent me dozens of her business cards to pass out to other photographers, but since then I have not had an opportunity to pass out a single one.  Maybe this post will go toward fulfilling my promise to help promote her. :)

Here's a photo of model Smidged with her wings.

I saw horns from this site on people and they look beautiful, they also have many fae appropriate tops, headdresses... necklaces and more.

Update:
There's just fabulous wings and wands here. If you don't really like nylon wings, they're defiantly a great way to go..

I bought an amazing pair of wings from this wonderful woman last year.  I only wish my pics had shown up.  Ah well, this year I'll take a new set.

A friend posted this on Facebook, and I thought it might be of interest. From the other pic it looks like there's a single wire that passes behind the ear to hold them on.

I hugely recommend Freckles' Fairy Chest for jewlery, shoes, headpieces:

She is also on Facebook.

For wings and jewlery I really like On Gossamer Wings (Run and owned by Whimsy the Fairy!)

For Children's Fae Wear I like Dimples' Toy Box (child site, literally, of Freckles Fairy Chest)

Salutations! Might I suggest http://fairyberryblossoms.com They are steel framed, light weight and custom to the fairy's person. She gets booked fast..you have to order them early.
