There is a really good Faire in West Windsor, NJ.  The West Windsor Lion's Rennaisance Faire.  This year it will be on 5/16 from 10am to 6pm and 5/17 from 10am to 5 pm.  It is in Mercer County Park in West Windsor.  Admission is 7 for adults and 3 for Children.  Great food, really good archery, and some excellent battles with instruction.  I went the past two years with my kids and it was great.  The vendors are really good also.  I picked up a couple of bows and some really good arrows.

I'll send a full profile over to the Faire Directory.
