I'm working on a faire-related story and with the far-off dream of publishing in mind, I need to ask a few questions first. Can I set the story in Hollygrove (the big Michigan faire) and if that's legally OK, can I mention shows such as Bocca and Ded Bob? I would really appreciate some feedback!!

IF you get a signed release.  .it's OK. . . there are plenty of well-written and protective templates for releases online. . .you just have to find the right ones.
