 KoKo and Tachi are doing OK. Meds and good nursing care and lots of love help! The Royal Felines are all very spoiled!
Plans changed and I will be celebrating the New Year with the Royal Felines alone this year. But I have a new years day party tomorrow I can walk to.
Wishing all here Happiness, prosperity, success and LOVE! What more can we need?
Big hugs and hopes that the new year will be much better!
Hope I can get that champagne bottle open myself! LOL!

A friend came over and we polished off a bottle of champagne! She opened it! I started early!  12 noon!
I won't make it until midnight!

Queen Bonnie, I will raise a toast to you and the Royal Felines tonight, as I will be celebrating with the Rogue Canines.  Steve has to work, and there's no room for me, plus I don't want to sit by myself, so on my way home from work, I picked up takeout BBQ wings & ribs.

I, too, shall probably not make it to midnight.  But being from NJ, which is an hour ahead of the Midwest, the **real** New Year's to me means the ball dropping in Rockefeller Center in NY.  So when it's 11 p.m. here, that's when I celebrate New Years.  Though I probably won't be up then, either.

Happy New Year!  And may 2009 bring a wizard to our Queen and good health and prosperity.

 Twas a nice New Years Eve! A few friends called! My Pad Thai- from Central Mkt was good! The kitties amused me with their playful antics then got all snuggly!
I watched old movies- and did not make it until midnight!
Off to a New Years day party today.
Hoping 2009 is a wonderful year for all here! Hugs to all!

We watched Across the Universe and then sort of went to bed... I was awake at 12 but could have cared less! 09 will just be another year like so many others!  I have not been to a party in YEARS! I would truly love to get all Girly girled and go out but hubby prefers not to do such! Cat

I think it more appropriate to celebrate surviving 2008!  Actually every morning that we open our eyes and take a breath is cause to celebrate!

Yeah but 09 may not be any better! I am not gonna get my hopes up. But I will just keep on plugging along doing what I do and looking forward to Ren Fests and other fun things...perhaps a win photo or 2 ! Cat

 08 had ups and downs. I hope for a better 09. Time will tell but trying to be positive! May you have many wins Cat! Who knows what the new year will bring? My crystal ball is not saying anything! Ask again later! LOL!

 Huzzah! We finally have RAIN here this AM! I hope it is enough to save a few of my parched roses!
  Off to Garden Club this AM.  I seem to be on the run lately. But Busy is a good thing!
