I just dropped off a batch at the post office and the balance goes out tonight. . . . let me know what you think when you get them!

Waiting, but I don't know the time to reach Southern California.

Thought the note about contact with Kevin Patterson was interesting.  He's able to provide unique insights into the creation and evolution of Faire.  It should provide an interesting study of the differences between events which have a large number of participants and those with a smaller cadre of theme characters.

Did you get my email about RPFS and Northern California Faire contacts?

Has anyone else from the midwest not get their copy yet?  As it's been two weeks I'm starting to get a little anxious.  I've had problems with the mail before, so I'm wondering if it's just being slow or if (Horrors!)  maybe it's been lost.

Emerald Shaunassey

William,
I'm also in the midwest and have yet to recieve my copy in the mail.  Hmm... wonder what's going on with the mail delivery in this section of the nation.

Here's hoping it won't be to much longer!

Received mine about a week ago (in KY). Real life has not allowed me the time to peruse it yet, but I am looking forward to it based on the comments I have seen so far.

Finally got the chance to read mine over the weekend. Great read and pictures.

Too bad the post office abused my copy. Something pressed to the center of the magazine that creased it all the way through and something cut the back cover near the spine. Oh well.

Looking forward to the next issue.

Thanks Sir Black Fox and the other contributors for your work.

Still awaiting delivery here in N.E. Oklahoma.  I hope the carrier didn't loose it on one of the backroads!

Mine finally arrived yesterday.  I was concerned, as I checked the Paypal tracking number with the USPS, which showed it being delivered on October 27th!  But after three weeks it arrived, and I was happily surprised that it came in a protective plastic cover.

Sir Black Fox:  It looks excellent.  I'm about halfway through and savoring every word and image.

Emerald and Carl:  My hopes are with you that your copies arrive soon.  Methinks that the USPS is walking them across the midwest! ;)

Mine arrived yesterday!!!! It just must take a long to sail to Northern California.

I will be reading it today.
