Dearest Zaubon is in the hospital with a flareup. He should be there for 2-10 days, while staying on pain meds and on a completely liquid diet. If anyone would like to visit him, please contact me for more info.

Please light your candles and say a prayer for the guy that keeps us drunk and fed...

Also, light a candle for Sir Edward who just got home from the hospital. Well wishes and here's hoping for a speedy recovery.

Sir Edward is doing well. He does go back to the Dr. next week, but all seems fine for now. Zaubon is still in the hospital on a liquid diet, but should get out hopefully by the end of the week. They are talking surgery for him by maybe the first of the year though.

Huzzah!!! So glad you're home, Z!!! Sorry about the limited diet, but at least they're letting you eat... counts for something, I suppose, right!

Maybe a little naked fire dancing will set things right... after you've had a while to recover, anyway! Take care of yourself, Z, there are lots of folks missing you already, and it has nothing to do with your cooking this time! (ok, well, maybe a little to do with your cooking, but mostly just to do with your presence, or lack thereof...)

Some day that's a surgery I may end up with and don't look forward to it at all...
With all the hurts, do you think you'll make it back out to faire this year?
If so, I would venture to say that you will be sitting instead of cooking from here out. I am sure everyone one of us would love to take care of you for a weekend or two or three or.... well you get the idea

Zaubon!!! I know it's a pain but follow the doctor's directions to the "T"!! I mean it! Remember, JP and I are the medic's.

Teach asked a good question, do you think you MIGHT make it back to faire this season? If not we certainly understand, and it is you we shall miss. You are much more to us than the camp cook, but we do love you for that magick too!
