Hi Everyone,
I need some help.  Awhile back there was a thread started where everyone listed their own recipes that included Lady McArthur's products.  I was telling her about it this past weekend and she asked that I print it out for her.  Well, apparently that was before the forum crashed because I can't seem to find it.  So if anyone would like to share their recipes please do so, or if you know where to find the original thread that would be great as well.

Thanks!

Here's mine:  Pour a small jar of Raspberry Chipotle over pork tenderloin and bake at 350 for about an hour.  Has a great taste with just a hint of fire.

Ah, a fellow pepper pusher I see! I have yet to develop any recipes, but I do hope folks post some up.

Though it may be hard for me to follow through with any of them - my favorite is to take one jar of Chipotle black beans, one fine beer, a bag of corn tortilla chips, sit and enjoy.

....Ok, it take more then one beer to get through the jar...i admit!

Just in case you didn't already know, there's about 9 recipes and serving suggestions on Lady McArthur's website.  Here's a link: http://www.thepepperlady.com/recipe.html

By the way, I bought a couple of her products for the first time this year.   Man, the Onion-Garlic pepper and the habanero jellies are both wonderful!  I'll definitely be a return customer!

Aiacha

Not a recipe per se, but instead of mint jelly, I bring home the apple-raspberry jelly to eat with lamb at christmas.

Thin out the Jalapeno Mustard with a bit of water. Pour over pieces of salmon and wrap in foil. Grill or bake. By thinning out the mustard the flavor steams though the fish instead of just making a glaze. Yum!

Thank you for posting her website.  I was hoping she had one.  I saw her booth when I was there, but didnt want to try carrying the jars back on the plane.  I of course wanted to try just about everything I saw, so I was having trouble deciding.  Now I can order at whim !!  lol

No problem.  I had the same problem when I visited her shop, everything I tasted was wonderful.  It was hard for me to leave with just two items.  I'm going back to TRF this weekend, so I may have to make a couple more purchases. ;D
