My faire lady... Who is she?

I just stumbled across this forum while doing an internet search for something and the idea struck me that someone here might know this lass.  I have seen other photos of her and so she seems to be a regular.   I would love to be able to give the full resolution images to her, especially of the children if they were hers.  If you have any information that can help me in my search or can get word to her, I can be contacted through my website, http://www.weelittlesoul.com/

I've been looking for a while and had no luck so far.  I am beginning to think she may be a REAL faerie.
