Hum, I have a plan. Hamster in cage, tied to lance. Yup it would work, Can someone get me close to a knight?

I can hear meself now.

M'Lord, by tying this lucky 'Amster to ye lance will bring ye good luck. Ye'd be surely to win the love of everyone especially the princess as she is a lover of "Amsters. Not to mention M'Lord it will scare the other knights horse thus insuring you a win. So what say ye my good Lord?

You know, somewhere, I probably have a small stuffed hamster.....hmmm....

So, we have the hamster, we need a small wooden cage and some cute red and white hamster clothes.

Hmm...if I do decide to do the school thing this summer rather than the faire thing, I'm going to get myself in a lot of trouble as a playtron.
o/` I'm a little teapot...o/` No, I'm not, that would be silly. ::)

Hey- Arent You?

so what we will have is...... hamster on a stick?

Just be sure to keep that hamster away from Demetrius.  You all know how he is.
I can see it now.......
" Hey Jim..... I figured out a way to save huge $$ on your food cost.... and it tastes JUST LIKE ckicken!!!"

and yes, that's why his kitchen is sooooo far away from the petting zoo.

Yes... I know how he is...           how is he?

Ah, yakitori hamster at the joust! More popular than Hamster Bell.
Alas- there is not enough meat on a hamster for even a snack. Tis a good thing we leave the jousting to the jousters.

Oooh! There is a petting zoo? Oh, you mean the campground. Well, I thought our kitchen was the petting zoo.

Tanda and Lady D will distract said jouster, Moldy glues velcro to the lance (sorry, we wish your family all the best) Zoe supplies the hamster, Spleen provides the velcro hamster suit, Hey Aren't You? brings the escape elephant, Avan brings... well we know what Avan brings... and then...

Hey Aren't You? brings the escape elephant,

So, I thought I'd share my geeky Faire related news here....

I'm so happy!  *bounce* *bounce* *bounce*

PS. Either way, I'm retiring my peasant character from performance for a few years, so you all should audition for it. :)

Well welcome to BARF. I moved to Tampa from Boulder 3 years ago (after being in CO for 9 years). The faire here is far different but I found both to be very charming. I look forward to seeing your performance and meeting you.

And remember, no hamsters were harmed in the writing of this post... ;)

NOW we're on the right track!

As long as we don't dress the hamster as an apple...

Brown Robe'd thugs eh, a Sister Brother joust! Yes, very loud indeed.

I've seen Paige eat a tree, so I will heed your advice.

Just to keep it interesting......

I have $50 (payable to your estate) to anyone who can tie a hamster to the Elephants trunk...... AND i'll personally collect what's left and carry you to first aid.......

I have $75 for anyone who can successfully tie an elephant to a jouster...... (or vice verse)

and I'll take bids for anyone who thinks they can persuade Bryan to come out to do his show riding an elephant..... OR a large wooden badger.

Now that I would really love to see.   Bryan ride out on the elephant to the joust and the Black Knight on a hamster and see who wins.

I'll give $200 for whom ever can tie the hamster onto the lance and then tie the knight onto the SMELLA-Phant while said knight is on his trusty Wooden Badeger. While the queen rides around the stadium on a pigeon while singing songs by the King. Hum not good King Henry but THE King.

If elephants and horses fail, wooden hamsters can always swoop in and save the day. Some say you may find them in the village of Hamalot.
