I made this list from memory, Old Tinker's calendar of Friends, and assuming some of the regulars will be there.   Who else can  we add the party?

Pre-Gate gatherin' & mimosas in the parking lot, just look for the large group at someone's tailgate.

Are we going to try for a group photo sometime in the day?

I will be there to check things out before I come back as a The Irish Troubadour.  Accompanying me will be Siobhan O'Dricsoll (Countess Westmorland in another shire).  It will be our first visit and we are anxiously looking forward to the experience and meeting the residents of Avaloch.

Scotsman, I'll be performing there the last weekend, August 9 and 10, but we are planning to visit on opening weekend when everybody else will be there.  If the PTB don't mind the competition outside the gate, I'd love to add some atmosphere to the tailgait.
