i figured the one beside balloon girl was the designer and balloon girl was the model maybe she just thought balloon girl's dress was interesting

What I want to know is... was the dress build around her, or does it fasten somehow?  Will it have to be popped to be taken off, or does it have enough elasticity for her to... shimmy out of it?  


I mean, at some point she'll HAVE to visit the privy, right?    lol
