When we lived in Florida, one of Steve's customers (Steve is a chef and we had our own gourmet catering service) was a personal friend of Richard Simmons.  They were friends since college.  Richard used to visit her and her husband every year, and when he came, the couple arranged for Steve to cater.  What did her prepare?  A huge prime cut filet mignon, double stuffed baked potato, fresh veggies, fresh baked bread with real butter, and his amazing fresh fruit cheesecake with an imported Swiss apricot glaze.

Richard ate every bite.   ;D

Unfortunately, I didn't get to go, and besides the fact that he was too busy, Steve would have never looked anyway.
