Earlier this faire season, after hitting the local pub, then hitting the local book store, an employee talked me into a George RR Martin fantasy novel.  This was mainly due to my reading one of his much earlier novels  which I enjoyed, "Armageddon Ragg" (sp).  Anyhoo, I bought book  1 in this series and have yet to start the series.  Maybe someone can talk me into it??

It is a anventure spanning 2 continents, the first book centers on Eddard Starks Family & their various uphevals. You will get angry, you will laugh, you will go EWWWW, & you may even cry. Its Good Seriously.

Yes all that is so true.  A friend turned me on to "Game" and after I got about half way through I went ahead and bought the others.  Read all of them and just couldn't put it down.  You will enjoy them very much.
