Regarding the questions about Doug (Miguel) being artistic director:
He's been an assistant for many years. He teaches songs, writes scripted acts, directs, coaches, etc...

He's awesome, in short.  ;)

In case you liked that I also found this 1987 or 1988 news clip on youtube which was filmed at Sterling (the poster said it was filmed in 87 or 88).  It isn't related to the rennies documentary of course.

Wow, CB! That brought back some memories! I sent the link off to some who were actors, about that time frame. 
The landscape has surely changed, hasn't it? We started going about then, maybe a year or two before hand. It is amazing!
