2009 winter renstock details and directions

WINTER RENSTOCK 2009

When: Saturday, March 7, 2009

Start time: 3:00 p.m.

Where: Crooked Creek Environmental Learning Center
http://www.crookedcreekelc.org/directions.htm (for more detailed directions-contact bonniecousins@gmail.com)

$5.00 per person donation to cover the cost of the building-BYOB-covered dish or snack appreciated

Overnight facility-twin bed bunkrooms, or bring air mattress for sleeping on floor space

Full kitchen facilities

Children welcome-anyone interested in planning any activities for children-we would love to hear from you!

Garb is optional-no one will be turned away just because they prefer not to garb up

Musicians-we would absolutely love to hear you-but please do not feel obligated-this is also your night to enjoy

Open to cast, patrons, friends, anyone who shares our love of renfest.

Contact me with any questions or suggestions. Please pass along the word to anyone else that may not be on my email list or read the boards.

Please post on the board, or email me directly to RSVP, even if you already have, so we can update the list, get a head count for food, let us know how many people, what you are bringing, if you plan to spend the night. That way I can keep an updated list on the boards.

my husband luke and i will also be coming and staying if youll have us,although i was still pondering what to bring... is there anything that hasnt been promised that should be there to be eaten? hahaha Cant wait to meet all of you!

Glad to see the list shaping up! I have been thinking about the menu....I think I will add meatballs for sandwiches, parsley potatoes, and spinach dip

Ok, I see Buffalo Chicken Dip.  I was thinking of bringing some very delicious homemade hot wings (a friend has an excellent sauce recipe).

Who is in favor of that, or is that too much 'hot chicken'?
