My handkerchief skirt

So, some months ago, I bought some scarf-like fabric in colors to correspond with the various groups I'm in at faire.  I thought I'd do something fun with them.  Well, we decided to go to faire this weekend and I realized that since our van was stolen last year, most of my  garb is gone.  So, I decided to try and whip something up in a few hours.  I ended up doing a handkerchief/overlay type skirt to go over a plain circle skirt I already had.  In the end, I was actually pretty proud of it.  I'm no expert seamstress, so while this is not the first bit of garb I've made, it is the first I'm rather proud of.  Anyhow, here are a couple of pics.  I just took pics of the skirt, since the top I was wearing doesn't match at all and seemed to distract from the skirt.





The colors are black, blue, purple, sparkly red, and sparkly green.  Anyhow, just wanted to show it off a bit.
