A Poor Player

Well, this is OK by me but  our booking agent was given the task of finding out whether Sterling was interested in booking our somewhat anarchic Renn-inspired group, and he instead got us booked  at the Sterling Stage Folkfest: a giant hippie festival.

I am by all means a bohemian indeed, so it will be great to play for 1000s of hippies though I'm 12.5 % hippie and about the same percentage Irish.

As a result, you may not see us your favorite fest as I'm guessing the deadline has passed, but we're at a couple in Pennsylvania... we're new and I'm tempted to start a reality program (I thought YOU brought the lute strings)  about our start, and as you guys know; I'm a complete media whore, so I'll let Elvira, Mistress of the Night know and she might bend Fox my way.
As always- a little peek into the Father and Son duo- http://myspace.com/arethusagroup
Opinions are always welcome.
Peace

It may not be too late - I don't know when they start booking other talent, but the auditions for cast don't happen until mid-march. I'd give the Faire general office a call - it's worth a shot  :)

I think I would enjoy the Sterling Stage Folkfest, although my husband has a strong allergy to hippies -  I can speak the language, but even I get a bit prickly after too long  :P -  I'm sure the music would more than make up for it, though  ;)
