Can't remember if I already mentioned this but I won't be coming in until early Friday morning, by myself. I should be there for Opening Cannon, though.

Blue, I hope you don't hate me, but I just heard from my brother and he would like camp with us this weekend if possible.  His tent is about 10 x 19 and he is planning on getting there sometime on Friday.  Also my daughter will be joining us on Saturday morning but she will be in the tent with my husband and I.  Sorry this is so last minute!

You can't know how hard it this past weekend for me.  Driving out of the parking lot passed the campground on our way home Saturday evening feeling a huge yearning (or was it withdrawal?) to stay.  We were driving so slow in the traffic, I wanted to just jump out and make a run for it.    Never had to leave with all the crowds before, but the family had to get back. We were so desperate to make the last weekend that we "day tripped" to faire from Dallas area arriving after noon on Saturday just missing the meet/greet photo and so many shows only to have to leave about 7pm to head back to Dallas area.   I'm just thrilled we actually made it for the short time we were there.  The "faire virgins" had a blast and want to comeback next year.  (I'm still debating as to whether this is a good thing or not.) 

So, I just wanted to say I was saddened I didn't get to see everyone at McLotofus one last time.  If you will all forgive us for not making it there this time, we will try again next year to make the pot luck dinner.  It should be much easier now that some of the family have had a "taste" of the faire.    (Bad pun, I know.)

It was probably a good thing we didn't stay seeing that I misplaced my voice somewhere the night before trying to talk over my obnoxiously loud family at our Thanksgiving dinner.    Seems to be all better, now.
