I still need to get pics of the alterations I've made to my corset and the new goggles we've made recently. Samedi's 3rd goggle attempt looks really good! I'll try to run outside today and snap off a few of them today.

Thanks, Rani! We're planning to go to faire this weekend, so I'm "running around like crazy", as well. I've got three people besides myself to help dress.

That's awesome! I have been hearing that there's supposed to be an invasion at Scarby this weekend, so you should be in good company!

I'm not even sure we'll be able to attend our Expo here this weekend... because the stupid mgmt. company for our apartments is making me take everything out of my kitchen and bathrooms so they can come in and rip out the cabinets and counter-tops and replace them. Granted, it will be nice to have functional cabinets, but they couldn't have picked a more difficult time than THIS particular week... because it seems like every single thing I absolutely have to get done this month has to be done this week!!! $:-\$

I was absolutely swamped last month with projects. I'm so glad things are much slower this month for me. I get time to play on my own projects.

I wasn't sure if any of you had seen these pieces of work. When we were visiting over there we were drooling like crazy. We eneded up only being able to get a book, but yikes, so many goodies, so little time..

I still haven't slept, and I'm trying to figure out what to wear this weekend... because I bought my weekend pass for Oklahoma Steampunk Expo last night, and I'm thinking about heading that way this afternoon when Scally gets out of school. Thank goodness kids under 12 are FREE! Not gonna dress tonight, though, because it was a very long night... and it's been a really long day, also. Tomorrow I'll figure out something, though...

Ok... got my OK Steampunk Expo album up on facebook, although I haven't had time to do more than fix red-eye... so there's been no lighting work or color correction done at all. It's pretty much just raw, but there was some great stuff there!!!
