*chuckling* ever made a really flat bisquit by pressing the dough down with your knuckles?

It makes a bisquit about the size around of a "cats head", mostly crust, very little soft inside, perfect for putting "stuff" inside. Stuff I like inside include a slice of tomato, a piece of pattie sausage, and/or a slice of onion. Deep South, hungry times food.
