Fair in Manvel?

I was going through the posts for small faires and I seem to recall a fair that was going to be outside of Manvel? Am I having a senior moment here or was /is such a thing

It never happened and much bitterness, anger and general bad feeling ensued. I believe there might even be a couple lawsuits working their way through the court system. Lots of work done and bad feelings created, no faire.
