I'm definitely starting to get into the Faire spirit... and really focusing on making it down for AHE.  It's under two months to opening, already!

55!!. We have hit the double nickel... . So much to do and so little time (and money).  Last batch of Loki is about to be put into its aging bottles... Holiday Edition will be the last batch done, from now on.  I may try my hand at honey mead next year.  I know that I'm going to do Cherry Limeade as one of my lokis... Might actually try for the mythical Snickerdoodle...

Just sampled the Holiday Loki... Outfreakingstanding!  It has a bit more zing this year... I changed the recipe by adding some stronger mixer...

Went to a little camping gathering at the beach with a bunch of Sherwoodians and had a blast.  The tents, the drums, the fire pits, the wonderful people, has really got me ready for a dose of faire!

GAAAHHHHH!!!  I soooo need some Faire, myself!  Been talking to a family of TRF virgins about accompanying us down there this year for AHE, which would help immensely with expenses... and while they are fairly new to the whole garbing/costuming scene, they are VERY enthusiastic... so there could quite possibly be 6 of us this year.    I do enjoy dragging folks around the campgrounds to meet everyone... but if they come along with us they have to go do what Scally Wag and I want to do, and NOT the other way around!  Ok... maybe we can take turns, once in a while.  LOL 

Bonny... have you got your wings done, yet?  I'm seriously considering becoming a Fae For A Day, this year...   

Mouse... it sounds very much like we may actually end up in the same place at the same time... finally.  I've been threatening to try my hand at Loki making for a few years, now... I guess we'll see if it actually happens, eh? 

Fraser, I hope you're saving some samples for AHE!!!  I want to try all the new flavors!!!
