I put my name in back in June. So when October's schedule popped up on Sept 1st I got an earful since I usually only take 1/2 days off.

If they were to deny it now, I'd feel the on-coming symptoms of swine-flu juuust before opening weekend.

Seriously, though, it's frustrating having only a little over a month to get everything ready, and not having the time, energy, and money to do so (speaking of that last bit, if anyone has six sheets of cheap 4'x8' OSB or plywood they are willing to part with, lemme know). I have one more blade to work on, and am barely going to have enough time to finish it before season starts. That makes a grand total of... three items I have managed to make >.<

we bought our new tent this weekend- WAHOO!!! I cant wait to set it up so i can start figuring out how we can 'Potterize' the inside and make it look awesome and rennie at least on the inside. Hopefully I'll come up with something for the outside too- I'm sure I could manage at LEAST dagging for the rain fly!
