for the moment, I saw the thread and thought to my self, Countdown begins!!! and i was all Yay, huzzah, my birthday is going to be a blast.  But then I thought to myself, the thread is still active and my birthday has already passed.  THEN I thought to myself, maybe they got it wrong.  Then I was all like, oh wow this thread isn't a countdown till my birthday because it's stil being viewed and posted to.  Then I thought to myself, yay, a countdown to my birthday next year.  Then I was all like, well, you know, blushing and stuff.  Then I was all like well maybe I should actually post to this, or maybe even read it to find out what the countdown is for.  Then I thought to myself, wow, this is under the Texas Renaissance Festival forum, and thought to myself, I'm a performer, it has to be for my birthday.  Then I thought, well maybe it was a continued thread from last year.  Then I thought to myself, well I haven't read the first few pages so I wouldnt' be sure either way.  Then I finally made the decision to just be happy that TRF will soon start and I get to see all of my friends I haven't seen since last year.

With many safest of travels and blessings to you all, I will see you all soon.

For those of you in the DFW area, wasn't that a nice cool front that just blew in?  Automatically made me want to pack the Jeep for faire!

I can smell the camp fires already...
It ain't the years, it's the mileage.

Us Leo's need to , as the kids say, "represent". I thankfully got a great deal on a Walmart tent, thanks to one of Walmart's "rare" price screw ups. A 7 person, three room 15x13x6 tent for...wait for it...35 dollars. And it's allll fooor meeeee. For the most part. I am 5'2....I joke it's palacial.

Ya tried Target or Amazon.com?

What about the WalMart website. Maybe another store has the tent and can ship it to you?
Save the Earth (it's the only one with beer)!

bellevivre

nope- walmart website is where we saw it, and they will no longer sell it- I did see it on Amazon, but the point is, we already have the $$$ on a walmart gift card from returning the OTHER tent that broke... *sigh*

You know... Houston's getting one of those too, and I had the exact same thought. XD The minute I went outside this morning, I was just like "This weather is so nice... it feels like faire... *sigh*" AND THEN I realised... SEVENTEEN MORE DAYS!!! (Sixteen till I can camp) :D
Oh... Shiny!
