Silver Leaf Renaissance Faire opens this weekend

Hey all,

This Saturday marks the opening of Silver Leaf which runs weekends through August 9th and is only a short drive away in Battle Creek. Take I-94 to exit 104 (by the casino, and due to the casino exit 103, the one you use to use, is gone) and continue straight until the road hits a T, which is Michigan Avenue.  Turn right, and follow that until you see a McDonalds on the left.  The enterance to Silver Leaf is just past that on the left, by the assisted living center.  The county has been being problematic about signs, so it is easy to miss.  Look for signs that say Kimble Pines Park.

And the premier of the new Knights of Iron two man swordfighting show, which brings back two of your favorite villains from The Legend of King Arthur, Percard, The Black Knight, and D'Kahn, the Siberian Express, in an all new show which will teach YOU how to be a Villain and start your OWN pyramid scheme of PURE EVIL! (much like Amway...).  The show ends with a fight with FLAMING CHAINSAWS!   How you ask?  Come see the show and find out.  Times are 10:30, 12:30, 2:30, and 4:00 with the 12:30 show starting at 12:15 on Celtic weekend.

The first two weekend KIDS GET IN FREE!  Hard to beat that with a stick!
