Hello friends - I am new the the forum and a current food concessionaire @ the Norman Medieval Fair (Oklahoma).  We have had such a great time being part of this local event, we would like to venture out and find a couple additional Renaissance Festivals to add to our annual show lineup.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you for your time and assistance...
