Ren Shirt Vendors?

Can anyone recommend a vendor who does relatively inexpensive (around or under $50) Ren Shirts in green cotton (XL modern size) that I could get in under 3 weeks? I am looking for a relatively inexpensive shirt to wear with a Moresca Vest for gypsy attire. My current green linen shirt is rather expensive and I am afraid of ruining it, because a fairly decent number of people I know at SRF who bought Morseca vests last year had their shirts ruined because the inner lining of the Morescas are not colorfast (and black dye).

So far my luck has been:
* Ravenswood = No reply by phone (machine) or email
* Renshirt = Not sure they have my size in stock and won't till end of August.  Does anyone have their shirts? Do they run true to "modern" sizes? IE: If I wear an XL modern shirt, would an XL from them be fine or do they run small?

Everything else I have found either doesn't come in green or is a synthetic like viscose/rayon.

Thanks in advance.

I have a couple of RenShirts (one in green, as a matter of fact).  Compared to my Dra and Swan Lace ones, I'd say they do run a bit small.  The RenShirts almost fit me like a regular shirt might, while the Dra and Swan Lace are much looser.  All are the same marked size.

Talk to Frank and April (RenShirts) - they're great people, and I'm sure they could make you whatever you need if you provide measurements.

I don't know about what's in stock or what colors they have available, but Milord's favorite shirt is from Lady & the Fool.  He's a mundane XL or XXL, and the fit is very roomy and comfortable, without being crazy huge and shifting all over the place.

We also have shirts from Ophelia's and Sofi's, and I know T'ger Toggs has a gazillion colors at their booth at KCRF.

Thank you everyone for the posts. I am researching options now. So far last I heard, neither Raveswood nor Renshirts had what I am looking for in stock. I'll definitely be checking the rest of these options shortly. (Teach me to make last minute garb changes...)

My husband and son both wear XXL, and they have several shirts from Sofi's Stitches.  They've held up well and were very inexpensive.

My very first renshirt was from SS and I still use it a couple of times per season, many years later.  It just keeps getting better with age.  No special care either, I wash, scrub, bleach, whatever..If you're going to get dirty this is what you're looking for.
Beware some of the clothing brands featured on the 'discount' sites.
2 years ago I bought a white 'cotton' chemise online that mysteriously came with a tag that said 'dry clean only'.  Turns out the 'cotton' was actually a cotton/rayon blend that is cheaper than cotton.

Due to having put myself in a rather "last minute" situation (needing the shirt in 3 weeks), I ended up going with a cotton/poly blend from Faireware. It wouldn't have been my first choice since I am used to wearing 100% linen shirts, but on such short notice they were the only ones with the color I wanted (forest green) in stock in my size. I'll review the shirt once I've worn it.

Try the Tudor Shoppe. I think the cotton ones were in your price range.

I've had some back experience with the Tudor Shoppe and won't order from them again. I might reconsider if enough people here have had better experiences.

The Faireware shirt I got is decent for the price. Not thrille with the cotton/poly blend but it will do for what it was meant for and for the pricepoint.

Was this one made by Sofi's or someone else? I've never known anyone to complain about her stuff.
