Looking for wood carvers...

Hi,

I'm Eric. I live in Pittsburgh.  On July 22, I had a 90' black cherry tree cut down in my backyard because I'm allergic to the pollen.  The wood is in a big pile in my backyard, and I've put pics of it (and some pine) on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/p.php?i=100000047673110&k=Z6C42VSSQ3WFUCD1QB63WWQQTSAB (hope this isn't too long of a link).

I'm hoping that some wood carvers would be interested in taking some of the black cherry to make something artistic out of it, rather than me just putting it on craigslist as free firewood. The pieces left are what would not go through a chipper. The logs are roughly 2 feet in length. Most are about 1 foot diameter, with some being nearly 2 feet in diameter.

If there are some wood carvers near Pittsburgh, who would like to come to my house and pick up some or all of the wood, you're welcome to have it.

Sadly, we do not live anywhere near Pittsburgh, but if we did we'd be happy to come take some.  It's a beautiful wood, hope it is put to good use.
