Although I posted this to a different forum, I thought I'd add it here as well.  I did not do the tailoring, but I did do the embroidery - digitizing and stitchouts - 95 of them @ 45 min each!

Once she got the stitchouts and put it all together, along with 3000 (yes, thousand!) freshwater pearls:



I told the gentleman later that I had perhaps given away my best work.

Ok you win.  I've been badgered by one of my friend's to make a special doublet for him.  It is simular to that one in that it is all embroidry.  If he thought his design was over the top.... all i have to say is  WOW!   I take my hat off to you. Well done  ;D
