My gown for this year.  It was remade from last years gown, which was remade from my wedding dress.  The only thing that is new is the pearls and the underskirt material.  And the parts for the french farthingale.

who hooo! I FINALLY have a shot that isnt a butt view!

All is mine( incl hat, fan, snood, accessories) except for the partlet. Pardon the mud, we've been experiencing higher-than-anticipated rain volumes here in TN!

*changed to show better view, and you still cant see all the trim at the bottom for all the mud!

Lady Kathleen of Olmsted

I have been sewing like a mad woman, finishing the projects for Lady De Laney and her Thomas.

The Shirt done in a Black Symphony Broadcloth with Gold decorative stitching for a change.

The Wrist Ruff Closeup.

The Italian Bonnet trimmed in the Corduroy that I cut on the bias. I hand sewed the underside by hand using the invisible Slip stitch. It would have not come out as nice had I machine sewed it.

The Finished Doublet. The buttonholes took a while because I sewed them over twice so the threads would not ravel as I cut the hole. I used scissors to widen the buttonhole a bit so that the Button would slide through easier. There are 17 buttons down the front. Tons of buttons on the Doublet total.

A side view of the sleeve.

The back view. Pardon the other stuff in the photo. Sometimes I forget they are there.
