Pirate Hat Vendor at OHRF?

Is there a pirate hat vendor at OHRF?  I found a few vendors online, but there is no way to complete the order and ship it before the festival.

My piratical hat is also from the Blonde Swan. Purchased it a couple of years ago and still fits and looks great! Would definitely recommend them!

Hopefully The Blonde Swan still sells their leather cavalier style (that's my hat! ) in their shop. Their website doesn't have it on there anymore.

Hmmm, don't know about felt cavalier hats, but they DO have felt hats. Fully customizable if I'm not mistaken.
