BARF 2010 "Pre-Rendezvous Bash"

OK, as you all know, Rendezvous will be at Scarby this year in April.  This means it's just a month after our traditional St. Patrick's Day / St. Molden's Day Invasion.
In addition, this year will also be the very first Clan O'Conchobhair M'Crack Family Gathering at BARF!
All of this is shaping up to make this year's event a massive one... and being just a month before Rendezvous, I think it's gonna pretty much be a "Pre-Rendezvous Bash"... a chance to get the community all geared up for an amazing Rendezvous at Scar
I'd love to see this Gathering be a wondrously large one with an enormous amount of fun... and with all the things that will be going on that weekend, I'm sure that it can be.
So let's get a preliminary idea of how many people will be able to make it and work from there.  I'll update this post periodically so we can get an accurate tally...
There will be a Friday night Meet And Greet, then Saturday and Sunday Faire days.
We'll tailgate both days... and there'll be a Gathering on Saturday night.

Sunday evening, after Faire, there may be a get-together to say goodbye/point towards Scarby...

(I know some of you are likely 'guarantees' but I won't put anyone on the list without their request)

I will buy Anna as many ciders as she wished until the end of season

Since St. Patrick's Day falls on Weds in 2010, which weekend is the one that is for the invasion?  I have to ask early for days off on weekends, so I gotta know!

If I had it my way, we'd START the celebration the weekend before and not end it until the weekend after was through...

alas, despite rumours to the contrary... I don't have the power

As yet, the schedule for next season is unreleased.  We'll have to wait and see.  I'll put both of you down as tentative
