Many thanks for your concern. I am currently part of the cast at MDRF. This was one of our biggest passions. We were part of the cast for the last four years. This year I am at it alone but with him in spirit. When he made it to the ren last year (two weeks before he had to leave) he made it known that he wanted for them to keep me in the cast. I am honoring him and his wishes. So between the ren and my back (which has been acting up a lot) is why I have not been much here. I did assist with Rendezvous as much as I could as we were hosting it. Aside from my ren family here, my local ren family is very supportive which is something I am very thankful as the one year mark (Oct 18) will find me there at the place he loved and enjoyed so very much. As for me personaly and since it doesn't look like Ron is coming to get me soon, I trying to pay more attention to my job and career. I continue just coping, taking meds, with my hospice grief counselor visits, just going through the motions. To copy from something I heard, time does not heal, it just makes things more tolerable. Most of the time I am neither happy nor sad, I just am which I believe is ok maybe things will change in time but for now, most of the time I am ok.

That is good to hear.  Hang in there M'lady.  I do not say that ALL will be well for you have lost the most precious thing you had, but time will heal some of it and as time goes on the load will be easier to bear.
