Hello (hello...helloo...hellooo) Anyone still out there?  ;D

I've done opening, Roman and the the barbarian weekends and am thinking of day tripping on Friday for the Celtic Xmas (4hr one-way drive for me).

But I was wondering what it is like since it's ending weekend and everyone will be out Xmas shopping. Is it a ghost town or ???

It's really busy, there's lots of xmas cheer, and the sales are magnifique!

I heard the vendors were already knocking down prices to entice. Is it safe to assume that they may be cheaper, or have they hit their bottom line?

Near 38,000 for Friday.  Every turn, nothing but a sea of people.

what was creepy is that this is the first time in 20 years of working at faire that closing weekend WASN'T freezing cold and nasty, yet opening weekend was. Odd...

Oh well, people came, people bought, I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth :D

lol.  We were just talking about how we had to turn the heater on in the booth for Oktoberfest and the A/C on for Celtic Christmas.

I think the meteorological term for it is "Welcome to Texas" ;)
