It's a rare post for me to make and complain about service from a vendor. I prefer to brag on the renworld.
In this case I feel I should as a public service that I should.

I sure can lock my own topic. Never noticed that option. I will do that now.
For those that can't see the post on my timeline I did not make the post public but only viewable to the rennies on my list. If you send me a note on FB I will make sure you are in the rennie list so you can see.
I didn't want to make it public for a lot of reasons but the main one is as I said is that I prefer to brag on the renworld to people and I don't want to cast a bad light on the faires to people who have never been.
In all of my years of going to faire this seriously is the only time I have ever really felt screwed over by a merchant and then been treated rudely by them after the fact.
