Title: I could use some prayer/ good vibes/thoughts.

For those of you that know me you know that I tend to be very private about my "real" life and never ask for help.  But right now I really need some thoughts and prayers. I am dealing with a very hard decision and am at a major crossroad in life. I am really at a loss!
