That mug was a gift to him from a very sweet lady at one of the pubs at our Faire last year when he was 1 month old. :)

Elijah & his Sister Keegan. Keegan was on cast in prior years and has been doing faire since she was 10. Last season a garland girl cuz they get paid and she needed college money.

Elijah was born a Faire Brat, His mom had her shower on site, and a bit. has been there every day of every season. it is now my great pleasure to be his attendant as we run and play through the shire visiting his friends and riding his rides, he hawks pickles, chases me with wooden swords, and we play many other bits and skits all day long. althought he is not "cast", most patrons think he is, and the rest of the cast accepts him as such. here is his 2009 faire website http://legendsofsherwood.net/Elijahs09Faire.html (http://legendsofsherwood.net/Elijahs09Faire.html) Take a look and see how much fun a 3yr old can have if you just put them down, and follow them around.
loved all the pictures of Elijah. I can not wait till our faire this year. My son, Aidan, is 2 1/2 and can not wait to get to faire. I'm surprised how much he remembered of last year. They are definetly a blast at this age!
Seeing all these pictures made me have to put up my little one from last year. he had so much fun running free. He will be a fine rennie one day. These are from when he was 1 1/2.

A lot of people have said that to me, they were his favorite people there as you can see, no fear at all. He's only afraid of santa! go figure!

Both of them have been going to faire since they were born. Last year they made such an impression on some of the cast and performers that they were recognized on sight. They loved every minute of it! This year my 8 year old is planning what kind of favors she wants to pass out.

All the kids here are so adorable, and it's definitely a labor of love to make all the cute little pieces of garb that we KNOW won't be wearable for more than one season! But who can resist? :D
Huzzah Rani...it is definately a labor of love garbing our renlets...personally I can't help myself, my little guy looks too cute in a kilt ;) and even cuter in pirate garb ;D This reminds me that I need to get started garbing again...he has grown apprx. 3 sizes since last Oct.... :o
