I'm not sure that this is the right place for this but...
My aunt and cousins just opened a new cafe in Round Top NY, and my cousin is interested in doing an event involving a pirate invasion during October of this year. There would be a place to camp on the premises, and all involved would be welcome to use my cottage throughout their stay for showers, cooking, or watching television. He asked me to post to see if there would be any interest?? If there is enough, he'd be willing to work out "whatever" the needs would be. He doesn't mind the rowdiness, and would welcome any thoughts or ideas anyone has regarding this. He was also talking about doing a feast in Feb.
