For those of you that haven't posted on this list before you need to answer these questions three:
1.) What weekend of faire are you attending? (i.e. I will be out Opening weekend only...at this point)
2.) How many people are in your group for said weekend? (i.e., Don't know yet...)
3.) Where are you staying? (example: Camping...somewhere...)
On a side note, the "Working List" is from last year
Working: (As I have no clue who on this forum works the faire you'll have to let me know.) =D

I know Myself, B and Tiff will be out opening and I think Mouse will be with us as well as Fraser...maybe. But if Fraser does make it out it'll be his first time out to Sherwood.
Camping w/ Clan Procrastination - Polly PoPo plans to be stowing away alongside their ship every weekend of Faire.
The Wizard and Wizette (Lady Nimue) are planning for opening weekend. We will be camping in Bastrop, at either Camp Hampton or Camp Comfort Inn.
My clan plans on visiting a couple times this year. I do not have exact weekends yet, but I am working on that. I have only been to Sherwood once and I really enjoyed it. We will be camping in the regular camping area, but would like to get to know some of the other clan members that we can visit during our stay. :)
All weekends - Clan Procrastination
Can we come visit y'all at Clan Procrastination? I like to wander around and meet new people. We walked into a couple camps last year, and received some unpleasant looks of "why are you here", so we left.
@jrcoolt: Absolutely. Clan P. has become a sort of stopping off between the faire gate and Valhalla. We tend to have a fire going most of the night so folk traveling the road will stop by the deck and defrost before continuing down the road. Visitors are always welcome on the Procrastinator. We try to keep extra chairs on board for the weary road traveler.
I find it odd that you received anything other than hospitality in a Sherwood camp. The one thing I always praise about Sherwood is the community and how different, in a better way, that it is from TRF. It may be that you came across one of our newer younger clans which may need to be reminded of our Sherwood camping etiquette. Of course, I'm assuming that your visit was not preceded by obnoxious behavior. Again, Sherwood is not TRF (o:

@KiltedPrivateer
Thank you for the warm invitation, and I will be sure to stop by. I found it really strange as well. All the patrons in the camp grounds were great though. We chatted up all night with people, and I loved it! We will make a stop at Clan Procrastination for sure!!! Should I just ask for KiltedPrivateer?

@jrcoolt
You can ask for Kilted Privateer, KP, Lorde Charles or just "The Captain". Someone will point you in the right direction (o:
Don't forget to ask permission to come aboard - Nautical Etiquette and all
@KiltedPrivateer
I will be sure to ask if I can come aboard. :) I will see you guys at Sherwood for sure!
Be careful if you get drunk and fall overboard. KP is likely to throw you a life preserver. They carve them out of ironwood. ;D
Awilda here with Time Warp from Louisiana. Hello everyone! We are planning on coming out Easter Weekend which would be March 26-27. We will be out in general camping though. 12 people (6 tents) estimated.

I'm still in a "maybe" status...depending on the price of oil and who's bombing who.

Fraser, you need to come visit this scurvy olde farte of a wizard!
I've wanted to meet you for a long time, Sir but it's usually something as mundane as MONEY that has gotten in my way. :-[
*Lows in the Oilfield suck* >:(
Spring Break weekend, unsure where I'll be staying but doing feast for me birthday.
Closing weekend same deal, but for someone else's birthday this time.
As of right now that's the only two I know I'll be able to make. Will try more.
I'll be out Opening with Tiff, and I plan on getting a FoF pass and coming out on my own a few more weekends as well, but I don't know which ones yet.

Fraser, I hope you'll be able to make it out to Sherwood, even if for just a day trip!
Will be in Faire on opening Saturday. Won't be in the camp grounds that weekend, but planning on camping at least one weekend. Just not sure which one at this time.
FoF...check
FoF packets picked up at the Gathering....check
Tents set up and camp area cleared..check.
Garb repairs, updates completed...almost a check.
My lady, my youngest and I will be there every weekend we can this year camping in the same area as last year between Quiet Area #1 and #2 by Clan Macthony.
Will be joined by my two older sons on the first weekend.
Can't wait!
plans (and we know all about plans) are for second weekend Feb 20/21, Spring break March 19-21 and closing April 2-3. camping with PR and Nefarious should be with me.
Have prior commitment for opening, maybe March 19th
I will be at Sherwood every weekend! Just look for my tall staff and my overly familiar cat in a kilt. I am in the lanes and I will make you laugh!( I put the Naughty in Nottingham- or perhaps just the ham?) Usually up the hill in the AM. In the afternoons I can be found between the Jacobs Well pub and the Plum Tree Stage! I have wands and staffs for sale at the Leatherwood shop by the greenwood stage!

As some of you know from FB and talking to me in person, suddenly finding myself a single father of three daughters has put the kabosh on any extraneous expenditures. So, I am likely out for this entire faire season, possibly for ANY faire until next year. Have fun, folks, and drink lots of mead for me ;D
So, due to many scheduling conflicts, I will only be out to Sherwood Once this year. It will be the Weekend of April 1st. I do plan on Stopping by Clan Procrastination if they will still have me. :)
StudMuffin and I will be visiting this weekend. We will be camping with the Clan.
If I've never been to this one, does that make me a faire virgin, even though I've been going to other festivals since 1987?
Despite what some people say, I don't think virginity can be restored, but you can be a Sherwood Virgin. I think you will enjoy yourself, Keeper.
Miracles occur! Rejoice! ...well, somewhat, anyway, as it's kind of an off weekend, but a friend of mine is dragging me out to Sherwood on the 19th-20th for my birthday to shake off the hermit-funk he's tired of seeing. So, barring any hiccups, I'll be out there that weekend ;D

That will be Spring Break weekend. You couldn't have picked a better weekend.
I'll be out there with Jim this weekend with two tents, need to know if there will be space to camp with people I know or if we will be cast-off-lepers in a corner somewhere being taunted with shouts of "UNCLEAN!" ;D
...which in Jim's case may be true, he's a dirt-roller ;)
The spouse and I day tripped yesterday hoping for good weather, and the weather gods delivered! Earlier in the week, there was a Sunday forecast of 80% chance of rain decreasing down to 20% by Saturday. We arrived around 10:30 and the rest of the day was pretty much perfect!!
That was our last day for Sherwood 2016 and we really enjoyed the day. Attended the Easter service at Maid Marians Chapel 1st thing. Enjoyed that, good way to start a Easter Sunday at Sherwood. Drifted down the see Saxon Moon, they never disappoint!! Wondered thru many of the shops making a few purchases. Stopped at several of our regular places (bird show, glass blower, fool hearty, multiple music shows, etc...). Enjoyed seeing several brews from Independence Brewery being sold at Sherwood this year. We both like the Stash IPA, and tried the Shanty that the good ladies at Three Stags put together. Both very tasty on a sunny day in the forest. All in all, a very good day in the Forest!
Only disappointing thing..................Sherwood doesn't last 3 months!! :-\
RenStarr, it's always great to see you and your beautiful bride!
Ginette, It was a pleasure to see you again and be able to chat with you!

Between gatherings and the Celtic Festival, maybe we'll see you before next season. Take Care!!
