I'm hoping the weather stays a bit cooler. I'm wanting to break in the Silver Squirrel this weekend but dreading a hot humid day for a first run (But I'll take any temperature provided the day stays DRY)

....and is it wrong that I want to wear my fluffy layer cake to faire? I know it's not the right time period, but ALL THOSE RUFFLES! Plus it's now an AWARD WINNING fluffy layer cake. ;)

Oi! Kit here! I've moved up in rank this year so I'll be playing French Countess Elaine de Francias. Look for the gal in the light blue and gold noble costume (usually carrying a parasol).

I think the weekend was a complete success and everyone looked amazing and seemed to be having a fantastic time! Thank you all who talked with me and spent some time. I guess I am never alone at faire with these friends around!
