will this be open for the public to attend? My husband and I will be celebrating our first aniversary, and would love to be out there!

My search-foo is failing me...is there a start time listed there somewhere? And how long it is expected to last?

Looking for something completely distracting to do this weekend and it has potential if I can figure out the times! :)
