HMHeralds is an independent organization that provides renaissance Court Trumpeters and Kettledrummers to various faires and festivals along the eastern seaboard. Currently we are cast members of the Virginia and North Carolina Renaissance Faires.
HMHeralds was organized in 2003 and after five years is moving towards their ultimate goal of providing an historically accurate corps of trumpeters and kettledrummers. Our next evolutionary phase is take the corps up, and onto the mounts of horses as was required by the courts of the renaissance.
To that end, we are committed to providing an equestrian corps by the year 2011, in time for the 500th Anniversary of the Westminster Tournament of 1511, the Celebration of the first son of Henry VIII by his first wife, Catherine of Aragon.
