I know someone had to get some of the tomfoolery that went on Monday on film. Yes?
I got some, been working on the 24th though and have not had a chance to go through those yet.
I was front row center for the display of the family jewels (times 2) but alas, got no photos!
I think everyone was too busy picking their jaws up off the ground to reach for their cameras! ;)
*raises hand*
I um....accidently got a photo but it stays out of the forum! :o
Poor kids in the tent....I think the parents ought to sue the 'moonies' for the therapy those kids are gonna need.
Hey Wenchie, email me a copy???? ::)
Damn, my boots are STILL drying out. Did you guys know that we killed 4 flasks in that tent???
Well, rainy weather is excellent flask weather, says I! ;D
Leinad loves to go walkabout in those kind of storms but, what with the foot, he felt it the wiser course to wait out the rain with me.
I've got pics of the torrents and a friend got a few of me catching water in my mug (filled it twice at least). Should be online soon.
Normally I would have been out there in the rain but the coughing of my lungs told me to stay under the pub.
At first we stayed in Jezzy's tent until Athena and I were traumatized by something. Well, a few somethings..... :o
And once you are out in the rain, it becomes 'what the heck...may as well enjoy the goose duck weather.'
Thank God for friends with French Vanilla coffee! ;) Pub sing was a bit chilly.
LOL. I found that pouring rain was a great time to do my shopping. The lanes were mostly empty and it was fun to see people pointing at me as me and my hat (and soaking bumroll) went trotting through the downpour. I think I got soaked through right when it started after the dance show...
And I agree, once you're soaked it's like "Why not?" After all, I stayed warmed in motion. :)
I loved the rain, it saved me from death by heat. Came up with a new song for the Queen, she rolled her eyes. and I walked all the lanes with my mug on my head. Oh, if you eat cheese cake in the rain, when you take a bite the rain water on the plate will go down your bodice, and its cold. I loved the rain.
Lady Beatrice
I got a few pics of the torrent and then put my magic box away for safe keeping and was escorted around the grounds by Lord Jason. We were soaked...but it was great fun!
After the tomfoolery at BARF in the rain closing day, I'm somewhat glad I was driving through GA while that was going on in TN.
I did hear there was a tornado warning...
glad everyone had a lot of fun and no one was hurt
(besides some scarred psyches on the children, I'm sure)

Yay, pictures! I wish my camera hadn't died, there were some great photo ops while taking shelter!
LOL, Puhlease....
My shrink says I'm still suffering from "Post Traumatic Rainy Day Syndrome". Who gets my meds bill again???
It really was that dark, folks, like night...
The rain was fun! Singing in the RAINassance!
The moons were a surprise! I think those teens will be OK!
Alas! I had no magick box. Just the memories of a lovely time!
Funny you should mention it. There was someone dancing in the streets and "singin in the rain" during the heaviest part of the storm. He was sooo funny!
