Was that bobbies or boobie Zardoz?
Just giving this a bump since it's coming up next week. Hope to see ya' there! ;D
Working on putting an era appropriate outfit together.
Just bought a (new) Top Hat, and (used) Tail Coat, Shirt, and Vest.
Already had some black pants and black shoes.
Still need to pick up a Bow Tie or Cravat, and possibly some Spats (since my shoes are modern lace-up type, rather than having buttons).
Hopefully it won't be in the 80's or 90's °F! Starting out in the 60's, and rising into the 70's would be nice.
See you there.
Mr and Mrs Hyde will be there Saturday.
I'm usually in for Dickens, but this year it isn't to be... perhaps next year will be better for me to get there!
Giving this a bump since it's coming up in a few days, Hope to see ya' there!

Saturday was great. I wasn't there Sunday. I got about 300 pictures Saturday that I will get posted as quick as I can.
As I understand it from my friend who lives down there, Sunday was a rain out. I hope they had good crowds on Saturday though, so nobody had to take a loss.
It did rain a bit Sunday morning, but it slacked off by noonish. Plenty of folks showed up eventually, so I wouldn't term it a 'rain out'. Just like at faire, the diehards and the prepared made the best of it. But as has been said, there were very good crowds on Saturday, so hopefully the vendors did OK.

If Her Majesty could deal with the weather, I certainly could ! My adaption on Sunday was to trade the balmoral for a flat cap, and my stick for an umbrella.
