WOW - What a surpise. Mid Michigan Renaissance Festival was rated in the top 5 for best new festival for 2009 by Renaissance Festival Pod Cast and Renaissance Magazine. For more information you will find it in Issue 72 of the magazine.
After the shock wore off, I had a chance to talk to the all of the owners and they were all very pleasantly surprised. None of them even knew that any such thing existed. Noone knows how MMRF was nominated, or about the voting. But are very very pleased that they were even recognized.
